Pros: 

Your own gun and footsteps are very quiet, you can tac sprint around and hear every enemy footstep without a moment's confusion if you hear yourself or an enemy and can soundwhore while spraying your weapon.

Footsteps are much louder, and they have more texture to them so it's easier to tell what they're on and where they are.

Directionally superior in every way, the most advanced Spatialization in any Audio Tune ever made.

Streaks when they are on you, (not distant but ones that are right above you) are quieter, and you can even hear footsteps when they happen.

Enemy parachutes are loud, ziplines are loud, enemy doors being opened are loud, and enemy reloads are loud.

Negatives:

Chests when they are right next to you are quite a bit louder than normal audio. Not enough to stop you from hearing enemies but be ready for louder chests.

The sound of OPENING the chest is pretty loud, not obscenely but it is pretty loud, separate thing from the humming that the chest produces.

Sprinting into a door and the sound that produces is louder and more annoying than before.

Enemy gunshots at a distance are louder (may or may not be a problem for you but for some it is).

Enemy gunshots directed at you will sound pretty loud, which is either good or bad but they are louder.

Wingsuit sound in Black Ops Royale is quite unpleasant to listen to.

Any random ambient map sound when you stand RIGHT NEXT to that thing. Be it a fire, electrical buzzing, or water stream, anything if you are within 3 meters of that sound will be pretty loud

Hitmarker sounds in the firing range, especially the first robot close to you will be really loud, however this doesn't really translate to the game itself.
