Refund policy

You can ask for a refund and withdraw only on the occasion we did not provide you a license key. The moment you have been provided a license key in the 【🔑】license-key-requests channel in the https://discord.gg/ItalianTweaks discord, and or if you picked the Install with Professional Help Option and we activate the audio tune for you, all refunds are off the table. You can ask for help on the products but you are completely ineligible for a refund once you cross that line.
